In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

3.1 Deposits

3.3 Cryptocurrency

Deposits and withdrawals using USDT, BTC or ETH are subject to the current exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 44cuci is not responsible for any losses resulting from fluctuations in cryptocurrency value. Users are advised to understand the associated risks before using this method.

44cuci offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions as well as any additional terms stated specifically for each promotion.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus of up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus winnings can be made.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → account balance RM200 → wagering requirement RM100 × 20 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,000 (maximum cap) → account balance RM3,200 → wagering requirement RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

4.2 VIP Programme and Cashback

Active members are eligible for the 44cuci VIP programme, which consists of three tiers:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

Progression between VIP tiers depends on your betting activity. The more actively you play, the faster you move to a higher tier.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• 44cuci reserves the right to withdraw, modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including through arbitrage betting or strategies aimed at meeting wagering requirements without genuine risk, is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
